주문 안내

1. Choose the products you want to buy and click the ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Cart’ button on the product details page.

 

2. Check the order q’ty and amount carefully.

 

3. Click the 'Check out' button to purchase all items in your shopping cart.


- Click the ‘Check out Selected items’ button to place an order with the specific items you want to buy, not all items.

 

4. If this is your first order from us, fill out the new shipping information.


- If you have order experience from us, the address from your previous orders will appear in the field.


- To send the order to another address, fill out the new address.


- If you have created an address in 'Address Book', you can quickly select the address.

 

5. The delivery fee will be changed accordingly once you choose the country you’d like to receive the parcels.

 

6. Check the 'Shipping Notes' carefully before you place an order.

 

7. Now is time to choose the shipping method. Select the delivery method here.


 - You can choose the shipping method from the four shipping options.


 - Choose 'Rincos(Expedited Shipping)' or 'EMS(Expedited Shipping)' for fast delivery. Choose 'K-Packet(Standard Shipping)' for standard delivery. Choose 'Korea Post (Economy Shipping)' for the cheapest delivery.

 

8. Use Koco cash for the order payment.


Fill the ‘Koco cash’ field with the total amount of your order (product amount + delivery fee). Then, ‘Total Amount Due’ will be indicated as ‘$ 0’.  

 

9. You can complete your order by clicking ‘Place order’

Payment Methods


- Prepaid payment (Koco cash).



Koco cash


Definition: Deposit / Can be used as cash payment means.


The amount (dollar) excluding the relay fee is accumulated as 'koco cash (deposit)'.


*The relay fee can be confirmed by sending a receipt (document) issued by the bank when the deposit is received by e-mail.



How to make the prepaid payment (Koco cash)


- Send a request email to ws@mykoco.com in order to make the prepaid payment.


- Our only prepaid payment method is T/T, wire transfer.


- We bear the remittance charge by our side.


- After you transfer the payment, please send us the copies or screen captures of bank slip. We will keep the amount as the deposit in Koco cash. The exact remittance charge would be deducted from the amount.


* We send you screen captures of our bank account when we receive the money from you. (Only if you requested us)



Payment Failure


In case of payment failure, please click on Order History and check the order status. If you check the payment failed, please go back to Cart and make the payment again.

    Notice


    -Shipping to P.O Box, APO, FPO, and DPO is not possible because some cosmetics items may contain alcohol as an ingredient.


    -We highly recommend customers purchase up to $300 or less including shipping cost, to avoid customs issue.

Customs issue


Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related issues such as customs taxes, transit duties, warehousing fee, etc.


Customers shall pay for every charge-related customs issue and MYKOCO is not required to handle such customs issues in each country.


Customs issues vary by country and each country has different perspectives on hazardous product & prohibited product issues.


Thus, customers may need to contact the local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problems in advance.

 


Returned parcels


If the products are returned to us due to the customs issue in each country, it is possible for us to send the goods back to you after you pay the shipping fee again.


Exchange or refund of the products is not acceptable.

How to cancel order


To cancel order is possible only before the delivery is made from MYKOCO office. After delivery, it is impossible to cancel the order.

 


How to change the order


To change order, customers need to cancel the previous order first and re-order what you want to change. To cancel the order is possible only before the delivery is made from MYKOCO office.

 


How to exchange the order


We are afraid that exchanging received products is not possible if it is due to personal reasons.


You can only return and get a refund for wrong or damaged items.

 


How to Return & Get a Refund


*Unwanted goods due to personal reasons


When you do not want your goods anymore due to personal reasons; For example, you get bored with the goods or the color is not the same as you expected. In this case, you can return the goods and get a refund only for the product cost.


1.    You need to request the return of items within 7 days after the date you receive them. If 7 days already passed, your request cannot be accepted. Also, the goods should be unopened and unused. We cannot accept your return or refund when the products are already opened or used.


2.    Send back the goods to MYKOCO office. Customers shall be responsible for the returns delivery cost.


3.    We would give you the full payment of product cost (delivery cost is excluded) within 7 days after we receive and check the returned goods.

 

*Wrong, damaged or missed goods


If you receive wrong or damaged goods or the goods are missed at the fault of MYKOCO, you can return the goods to us and get a full refund for product cost and delivery cost.


1.    You need to send us the photos of wrong or damaged items within 3 days after the date you receive them.


2.    MYKOCO would inform you after we receive and check the returned goods.


3.    We would give you the full payment of product cost and delivery cost.


4.    If you want to re-ship your parcels, we can proceed with re-shipment. In this case, you may need to pay for the delivery cost for re-shipment.

 

*Returned parcels by a customs office


When your parcels are returned by the customs office in your country, get a refund only for product cost.


1.    MYKOCO would inform you after we receive and check the returned goods.


2.    Customers shall be responsible for the returns delivery cost and the return commission.


3.    If you want to re-ship your parcels, we can proceed with re-shipment. In this case, you may need to pay for the delivery cost for re-shipment and the return commission.

 

 

* Note:


If the shipping fee is displayed $9999.00, it means “cannot be shipped”. If applicable, please stop first and contact us in person.


If you've already done to place an order, cancel the order by yourself. We can refund you after you requested to cancel your order.

Reward Points


Definition: Point / It will be credited when you sign up, review or purchase items and can be used as a means of cash payment.

 


How to save point


*Purchase Point:


Grade.1 : 3% reward points of the purchase amount

(If the total product cost is $ 10.00, you would receive $ 0.30 points.)


Grade.2 : 4.5% reward points of the purchase amount

(If the total product cost is $ 10.00, you would receive $ 0.45 points.)


*Review Point: Text $ 0.05 points, Photo $ 0.20 points



How to use point


*Reward points will be saved after 20 days from the delivered date and you can use them afterward.


*Reward points can be used like cash when purchasing products.

 


Membership Grade


* Grade.1: Resellers who have their own K-cosmetics business.


* Grade.2: Resellers who make the order over $ 1,500 per month / who prepay the amount over $ 1,500 (While meeting the condition of Grade.1)
